[ REX Series ] Air line Location and Function description

Location：Air Suspension x 4

Function description：From Manifold to Air Suspension

Location：Fully Intergrated Manifold

Location：Air Tank

Function description：Water drain
Note：Use and handling for air tank:Turn on the drain valve one time for every month.

Location：Fully Intergrated Manifold ‧ Flow rate valve ‧ Front ( air spring ) → Air Outlet

Function description：Using for Air Drain / Water Drain ＆ Emergency Rescue
Remark：Please keep suitable length of air lines inside the car with you.This air lines can use in air drain and emergency rescue.

Fully Intergrated Manifold ‧ Flow rate valve

Function description：Please using controller to change the air flow rate first. If the air flow is in MAX (10 level) or Min (1 level) and can’t satisfy you require.  Finial suggest is to adjust the flow rate valve in Manifold.
( The higher the knob: the faster the vehicle descends. / The lower the knob: the slower the vehicle descends. )
Note : After adjustment is completed. Make sure to secure the lower nut  ( ◆ )  to avoid the knob move due to vibration.

Function description：Front Tank to Manifold

Location：Fully Intergrated Manifold ‧ Connected to Air Tank - Rear ( air spring ) → Air Intake

Function description：Front Tank to Manifold

Connected to Front-left ( air spring )

Connected to Front-right ( air spring )

Connected to Rear-left ( air spring )

Connected to Rear-right ( air spring )

Drain valve

The external drainage valve connected to internal copper pipe, and to the bottom of air tank to water drainage.
 * Please close the valve completely after used.
